Aaron Dalton

Senior Associate Attorney

Aaron grew up in Statesville, North Carolina before attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees. Since receiving his license to practice law in North Carolina in 2020 and South Carolina in 2022, Aaron has been an active disability advocate and frequently presents to other attorneys on topics related to Social Security and Long-Term Disability. Aaron has served in various roles with the North Carolina Advocates for Justice Disability Advocacy Section, including Section Chair for 2026–2027. As a recipient of the Chancellors’ Scholarship while studying at UNC Law, Aaron sought a way to use his degree to give back to the community and enjoys meeting this mission by helping folks receive the disability benefits they deserve. When not challenging unfair disability denials, Aaron enjoys being an active member of Broad Street United Methodist Church, gardening, traveling, watching movies with friends, visiting with family in the Virginia foothills, and spending as much time as possible outside.
