Caleb Wheeler

Associate Attorney

Caleb is a native of Lincoln County, NC and still resides in the Boger City area. Caleb obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pensacola Christian College where he graduated cum laude. While there, he was the President of his Collegian that consisted of over 100 men and served on the Pan-Hellenic Student Counsel. He also served as President of the Englewood Bible Club to help the less fortunate in nearby communities. Caleb attended Campbell University School of Law where he was awarded a Dean’s Excellence Scholarship. He further served as the President of the Christian Legal Society and led a men’s Bible study every week. Caleb was a participant in the Restorative Justice Clinic and Capital Area Teen Court programs which help at-risk teenagers stay out of the criminal justice system. In addition, Caleb served as an associate editor for the Campbell Law Observer where he not only wrote about various current legal topics but also helped other writers craft articles. Before entering the family at Chad Brown Law, Caleb practiced Real Estate Law in Hickory, NC. Caleb serves as the General Counsel for the Lincoln County Republican Party and is a North Carolina licensed real estate agent.

Caleb’s practice focuses on Eminent Domain law and Social Security Disability. On representing Eminent Domain clients, “I believe that the right to own property is essential to the American way of life and those faced with government takings of their property deserve the best representation to get the money to which they are entitled.” Caleb enjoys representing claimants in the Social Security Disability context since he has had to watch friends and family members close to him struggle to get the benefits that they deserved.

When not at work, Caleb serves as an AWANA teacher for the Fifth and Sixth grade boys at Redeemed Baptist Church. He enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, hiking, and kayaking. He also tries to play the guitar along with his brother who is an accomplished bassist.
